The delivery time depends on the country, as well as the location. An order that is shipped to a rural location may take longer than an order that is shipped to a big area. Furthermore, Cover Watches has no influence on the speed of the customs clearance process for international deliveries. This is the sole responsibility of the relevant customs authority. In the tracking info that you receive as soon as the parcel leaves the Cover Watches Headquarter, an indicated delivery time is shown.

You have the right to revoke already concluded sales contracts within 14 days without giving reasons. The period for revocation is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you received the goods. The objection deadline is met if you send us the notice of exercise before the expiry of the revocation deadline. You exercise the right of withdrawal by informing us in writing (e.g. letter, email, fax) that you are withdrawing from the contract. Please note that the goods must be in their original packaging and undamaged.
