Refund policy

You have the right to revoke already concluded sales contracts within 30 days without giving reasons. The period for revocation is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you received the goods. The objection deadline is met if you send us the notice of exercise before the expiry of the revocation deadline. You exercise the right of withdrawal by informing us in writing (e.g. letter, email, fax) that you are withdrawing from the contract or by requesting a return in your customer account. Feel free to download and use our revocation form. Customers are responsible for organizing and paying for the return shipping. This includes both the shipping costs and any other potential fees that may arise (e.g., customs duties or taxes). Please note that the goods must be unworn, undamaged and originally packed.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the return is safely delivered to us. Returns that are not properly tracked cannot be processed.
